Buckingham Palace Tours would be a day out to consider. To say Buckingham Palace is an iconic building, wouldn’t really be an overstatement. The history of the building goes back to the 1700s. It became the state dwelling of the reigning English monarch in 1837, the first being Queen Victoria. Portraits of the current Royal Family, as well as previous reigning monarchs are on show throughout the Palace and State Rooms. Along with paintings from some of the Worlds finest artist from the Baroque, Renaissance and Dutch Golden Age period.
